The organization was established in 2017 with 98.8% of registered members of the then of alumni and received official acceptance from Textile Engineering College, Noakhali. Its mandate was officially validated through a referendum held on March 26, 2017, with the finalized constitution and bylaws and association receiving unanimous acceptance with a 100% vote in favor.
